What are wax melts?

Wax melts are scented pieces of wax that are melted in a wax burner to release fragrance into your home. Unlike candles, they don't have a wick.

How do I use a wax melt?

Simply place one or two pieces of wax melt into the dish of your burner and light a tea light underneath (or use an electric burner). The wax will melt and release its fragrance.

How long do wax melts last?

Each wax melt can last between 8–12 hours of fragrance throw, depending on the size and your burner type.

What is a gel wax melt?

Gel wax melts are made from a clear, jelly-like wax that gives a beautiful visual effect in your burner. They work in the same way as traditional wax melts.

Are your products safe to use around pets?

We recommend keeping wax burners out of reach of pets and ensuring good ventilation. Some fragrance oils may not be suitable for use around certain animals — please check individual product listings for guidance.

What are your delivery times?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Standard Delivery (UK) 2-5 business days. Please note that this may take longer during the Christmas period, as high volume of parcels in the uk are being delivered.
